What is Amillennialism?
Based upon a passage in the 20th chapter of the Book of Revelation, a framework of multiple paradigms has developed to describe what is the “Thousand Years” reign mentioned in this chapter.
One theory referred to as historical Amillennialism believes the thousand years is a representative or figurative period that denotes the entire church age or period since the ascension of Christ after the resurrection.

Daniel revealed
Understanding the outline of Daniel is essential to understanding the message of the book. There are three principal themes in the book and it is written during the kingship of three different kings.
Themes
1). Theme of the history of the worlds greatest kingdoms. Chapters 2, 8, and 10-11 all speak prophetically to kingdoms from Babylon to the kingdoms of the end of times. Ch 2 covers Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome, Divided Rome (till 8th century…donation of Pepin and beginning..
Revelation revealed
In order to understand the prophetic message of Revelation, it is important to realize a few significant truths about the book. First, Revelation is not sequential in time from chapter one to chapter 22. Second, it is divided into sections that convey specific messages about specific subjects. The book is divided into a series of three revelation messages, each of which is also divided into four sections (see the attached outline of Revelation). The first seven chapters of Revelation are clearly a message from the perspective of Jesus Christ.
Historical Articles
The earliest and best know attempt to fix the date of the birth of Jesus Christ was by Dionysius Exiguus of Scythia Minor. He replaced the “Anno Diocletiani” Roman system of dating based upon the hated Emperor Diocletian with “Anno Domini” (the year of our Lord) in 525 AD. Two centuries later, the Venerable Bede of Northumbria published his history which expanded the system to include the years before Christ (BC) with no zero year. Historians and scholars soon recognized that the date was not consistent with the history revealed in the scriptures. Attempts have been made over the years to fix the date of Christ’s birth more precisely but matching both the evidence of the Bible with known history and scientific evidence has been difficult. So, does it really matter if we know the correct date?
The prophet Daniel speaks more clearly about the condition of the world in the end times than any other Old Testament prophet. One of the most talked about prophetic events in Daniel is the “Abomination of Desolation.” Two of the gospels discuss the Abomination (Matt 24 and Mark 13 where Christ talks to his disciples about the future history of the world) and John alludes to this event in his Revelation when he talks about the end times Babylon being the mother of abominations. Daniel discusses this event in detail in four different chapters (Daniel 8, 9, 11 and 12).
